Job Summary :
Premier staffing agency, SGA Lists, is seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Dining Servers to join our team for a special events.
As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a high-end dining environment.
Your attention to detail, knowledge of menu items, and ability to create a memorable dining experience will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Many shifts available.
Responsibilities :
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions using a cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience :
- Previous experience as a Fine Dining Server or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions
- Basic culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about menu items
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide personalized service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of bussing procedures and ability to assist with clearing tables when needed
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
