What you will be doing :
- Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Manage the teams' work processes and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Lead the creation of marketing strategies and programs.
- Guide internal and external resources in the development of content for marketing communications and campaigns.
- Be a leader within the organization.
A successful candidate for this Marketing Manager job will possess the following :
- Prior experience in marketing.
- Experience managing and motivating a team of employees.
- Comfort with decision making and working with outside agencies.
- Enjoyment in collaboration and team member ideas.
- Strong emotional intelligence.
