We are looking for an Escrow Manager for a growing, national company. The Escrow Manager is responsible for achieving branch strategic and financial objectives.

Specific duties are listed below.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Overseeing efficient closing / settlement process
• Preparing and maintaining branch budgets
• Ability to independently handle a file from Sales Contract through Closing.
• Ensure proper handing of all funds and closings
• Establishing and maintaining business relationships.
• Hiring and training new staff.
• Ensuring daily branch operations are conducted in accordance with operations standards.
• Establishing and monitoring processes for accurate and timely processing of title, scheduling, closing preparation, closing, and post-closing.
• Ensuring appropriate staffing to meet department needs.
• Delegate work according to employee's abilities and skills
• Evaluate employee performance and plan for compensation actions in accordance with that performance

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Minimum of 5 years of Escrow Operations Experience.
• Minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level or above.
• Notary high preferred
• Specialize in RESPA with an understanding of the company's underwriting guidelines.
• Efficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, One Note, and SoftPro is a plus.
• Knowledge of real estate law and title escrow curative procedures is preferred.
• Experience with Closing at the table.

Pay Rate Range : $90000 - $129000 per year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
