As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive impeccable service. You will support our servers by providing prompt and attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and helping to create a memorable dining experience for all our patrons.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist servers with setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
- Provide prompt and courteous service, including refilling water glasses and assisting with menu questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping and resetting tables.
- Help with the preparation and delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Support the front-of-house team in managing guest requests and ensuring satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Performing end-of-day clean-up duties
- Bringing customers to their seats
- Performing bread service and / or greeting guests at their tables
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
