The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Ready Mix Concrete Batch Plant Operator with at least 1 year of experience? This is your chance to work in a dynamic role where precision and efficiency are key. What You’ll Do

As a Batch Plant Operator, your responsibilities will include :

• Operating and managing the ready mix concrete batch plant to produce high-quality concrete.
• Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to specifications.
• Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
• Coordinating with drivers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintaining accurate records of production and inventory.
• Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.
