WUGA Program Director and Content Strategist
The Program Director and Content Strategist is responsible for the conception and selection of the station’s content, develops and executes daily 24 / 7 radio station programming, selects and schedules network and syndicated programs, and works with independent producers to create and edit local programs.

This individual plans and enacts content strategies across multiple platforms, including on-air newscasts and programs, website, stream service, and social media platforms.
They also direct and oversee WUGA promotions through marketing and advertising campaigns and brand awareness strategies.
The Program Director and Content Strategist is an on-air personality, representing the station at public and civic events, and is a highly visible and responsible position within WUGA.
This employee works closely with other senior staff, supervises the Senior Content Strategist, and has performance oversight of and works with on-air staff to maintain public radio standards and best practices.
Occasional nights and weekends involved.
