Recruitment & Onboarding : Reimagine how we attract and onboard hospitality talent; partner with property teams to fill key roles quickly and effectively while maintaining high service standards. Total Rewards & HR Operations : Oversee compensation, benefits, and scheduling systems; build recognition programs that celebrate the daily magic our teams create for guests. Compliance & Infrastructure : Ensure labor law compliance and uphold best practices across multi-property operations; develop policies that empower managers and streamline workflows while upholding company values. 8+ years in HR or People Operations, ideally within hospitality or service-driven industries. Proven experience supporting multi-site teams and front-line operations. Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and hospitality workforce practices. Strong capability in HR systems, workforce planning, and analytics. Bonus : Experience in high-touch or luxury hospitality environments.
