Job Overview
We are seeking a clerk to provide friendly efficient customer service and food preparation in our General Store.
Duties
Operate point of sales cash register system.
Prepare store for daily operation.
Prepare ice cream bar other quick service food items.
Restock food supplies and soda coolers when necessary.
Maintain a clean and sanitary food service environment.
Clean cookware, kitchen appliances & dishes as required.
Assist Food and Beverage Manager with daily preparation.
Inform Manager when food items need to be ordered.
Follow proper cash handling procedures.
Count banks beginning and end of every shift.
Follows opening and closing procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a positive, helpful, and friendly manner.
Reliable with strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Passion to provide excellent for food and customer service.
Ability to maintain a clean working environment and personal appearance.
Previous kitchen environment experience preferred.
California Food Handler certification
Ability to pass a background check.
