Position Overview :
We’re seeking a diligent Order Selector to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the order fulfillment process, ensuring customer orders are accurately selected, prepared, and packaged for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :
- Select and gather items for customer orders accurately, following specific guidelines and quality checks.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are packed securely and labeled correctly.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, as needed (training provided).
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, performing regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals.
- Support additional warehouse tasks, such as product restocking and organizing returns.
What We’re Looking For :
- Previous experience in order selection or warehouse roles is a plus, though we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving products up to weight limit based on company policy .
- A team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Basic familiarity with inventory management systems or computer operations is helpful.
