Power on, debug and trouble-shooting of machine processes as needed.Pay Range : $20 - $30 / hrResponsible for leading and building small to medium size projectsOversee one to two resources on a projectOversee individual projectsProficiency with responsibilities and duties listed belowMay require direct supervisionResponsibilitiesBuild equipment to the supplied drawings and specificationsAttend project meetingsGuide and / or lead resources on a projectReview and update estimates to complete (ETC’s)Provide rework and print redlinesEssential duties include, but are not limited to : Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications, to determine dimensions for cabinets, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.

Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve wiring or assembly problems.Make modifications to as-built prints and communicate with engineers on additional details essential to project success.

Observe machine peration during early debug.Required to travel for project install.Keeps work area clean.Observe safety procedures including but not limited to wearing proper hearing and vision protection with side shields and sturdy footwear.

Any other task assigned by management within scope of position, federal and state regulations.Position RequirementsQualification requirements : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required.Education and / or experience : Minimum Vocational or Associates Degree with 2 or more years’ of related work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language skills : Effective verbal / written communication. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures.

Ability to write reports.Mathematical skills : Ability to apply concepts of basic math : add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, percentages.

Ability to apply concepts of basic electrical fundamentals.Reasoning ability : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Wide variety of duties requiring considerable judgment to work independently such as devising new methods, adapting or changing standard procedures to meet new conditions, and making decisions guided by precedent and within established policies.
