Job Summary
The Associate will provide support within the College of Pharmacy. In conjunction with the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, this position will coordinate PharmD Admissions and recruitment processes, collaborate with Scholarship DFA to coordinate college scholarship data entry, and serve as a data steward for compiling and maintaining various college metrics for internal and external reporting needs regarding the Office of Student Services and the College of Pharmacy.

Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-1 year of related experience
Skills needed :
- Strong oral and written communication skills including telephone etiquette, planning, public relations, proofreading, drafting, editing and disseminating correspondence and reports.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism in dealing with students, staff, and faculty.
- Quality interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships among a diverse workforce at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Motivated individual with the ability to efficiently multi-task, work under pressure, handle frequent interruptions and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify and determine problems and implement solutions.
- Capacity to analyze data.
- Capable of taking initiative, assuming responsibility and handling confidential information with discretion
- Must be able to work individually and contribute to a team environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Software including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Banner System and Cognos is preferred.
