Job Summary :
BrightStar Care of Pembroke Pines is currently seeking a Part-Time Field Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional team in providing high-quality healthcare services to our clients in Miramar, Florida.
As a Field Nurse, you will be a vital member of our healthcare team and will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients in their homes.
This individual contributor role offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care in the comfort of the client's home
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of the client's health status
- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on assessment findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record changes in the client's health status
- Educate clients and their families on proper health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Communicate and coordinate with the client's physician, family, and interdisciplinary team members
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
Requirements :
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1-year nursing experience, preferably in a home health, hospital or hospice setting
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Passion for providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred :
- ACLS or PALS certification
- Chemo certification
