Are you a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with experience in restaurant management and bar operations? We are currently seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager and Bar Director to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of customer service, managing the quality and size of food servings, and resolving any customer complaints promptly and effectively.
As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager and Bar Director, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
This includes overseeing inventory management, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in restaurant management and a proven track record of success.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team are essential. You should also have a deep understanding of bar operations and the ability to create a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Assistant General Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record in restaurant management and bar operations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
