Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with a manufacturing company located in the Rancho Dominguez area. Our client is hiring for a Payroll / Benefits Specialist to add to their growing team.
This position requires the preparation, processing, and maintenance payroll responsibilities and benefits administration.

This role is direct hire, offers a full-time schedule and is onsite 5 / days per week.
Duties and Responsibility :
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of full cycle biweekly payroll functions
- Manage payroll functions including data entry, timesheet review, reconciliation and payroll related record keeping
- Verify all pay statements during preview for accuracy and process adjustments if necessary
- Administer all benefits enrollment, changes, inquiries and portfolio management
- Assist with special HR projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- 3 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
- 2 benefits administration experience
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
