Job Summary

Provide customer service for aggregate and concrete retail office.

Position is 40 / hrs per week during the summer, with reduced hours in the winter.

Main Responsibilities

• weigh trucks
• produce scale reports
• write and track truck slips
• answer the phones
• help walk in customers
• fill out daily cash reports
• receive money paid on account
• supervise yard traffic
• write purchase orders as needed
• other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma
• Organized, with good attendance and a positive attitude.
• Communicate well both written and verbally as well as work and solve problems independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age due to nature of working environment.
• High level of understanding of computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Experience with an accounting software / program preferred.

• MUST HAVE valid drivers license
• MUST HAVE Customer Service Experience
• MUST be able to Multi Task
• Comply and abide by Colaska Inc.’s Code of Ethics at all times during employment with the Company.

Physical Requirements

Worker is required to pass drug screening at time of hire and random testing throughout employment

• Compensation range of $23+ hourly, plus discretionary annual bonus.
