Overview :

A leader in the QSR / Fast Food restaurant segment is looking for an energetic, impactful Restaurant General Manager to oversee their existing location.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities :

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
• Oversee shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Monitor food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Implement strategies to meet revenue targets and control expenses
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards
• Train, motivate, and lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service

Requirements :

• Proven experience in restaurant management with expertise in shift and kitchen management
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and customer service
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example
• Ability to handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
