Gameplay Programmer (Unreal)
Girraphic is seeking an Unreal Gameplay Programmer who specializes in Blueprinting and C++ to join our Denver office, to assist in the development of gamified tools and experiences for sports broadcast.
You will be joining a small, passionate, and experienced team with a proven record of delivering quality experiences around the world.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the development of gameplay mechanics and large interconnected systems.
- Help triage and hunt bugs, applying fixes and patches without regression.
- Inform and suggest development improvements and alternative ways of developing various tools and mechanics
What we are looking for :
- 3+ years of experience in game development, programming, computer science or similar.
- Experience developing and shipping real-time projects in Unreal.
- Experience with code optimisation in Unreal.
- Good knowledge of tool development either using Blueprints, Python, C++
- Experience with Unreal Engine Blueprints, CPP and Custom Unreal plugins.
- Professional experience of 1 or more of these aspects of Unreal Engine (PhysAsset, AnimState, AnimBP, Particles with Cascade and Niagara, Foliage)
- Experience with replication and Unreal multiplayer fundamentals Experience with real-time client / server application development
- System architecture (game logic, overall end-to-end architecture planning & execution i.e. runtime game / application, processes & logic)
