Looking for a job close to home, away from big city traffic? We're hiring a Warehouse Associate in Conroe, Texas. This long-term temporary role involves picking and packing customer orders, handling service orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

You'll prepare shipments by reading sales orders, pulling items, boxing or palletizing, weighing, filling out customer pick lists, and attaching labels.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately receive, label, and stock items in the correct bin location.
• Prepare shipments by reading orders, pulling items, boxing / palletizing, weighing, and completing documentation.
• Ensure warehouse security by challenging unauthorized personnel and reporting theft or loss immediately.
• Safely operate warehouse machinery and report maintenance needs.
• Cross-train in other warehouse areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse and follow safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Forklift experience required.
• Able to work in a non-controlled climate with exposure to heat and chemicals.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs; heavier items require assistance.
• Willing to work extra hours and weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Must complete onboarding : drug test, background check, audiogram, employment verification, and fit-to-work physical.
• Effective communication skills and willingness for 2-3 weeks of on-the-job training.
