Position Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Full-Time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation and a desire to work in a community-focused practice, as well as have a commitment to one-on-one, quality physical therapy care and ideally an interest in participating in clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and improve mobility.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
