Job Description : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Complete salary surveys, document processes and store working files correctly.
- Complete ad hoc analysis of compensation data to provide on-going support to management and HR business partners on a variety of compensation-related issues, including job role definitions, job grading or slotting, market pricing of single or multiple positions, and internal and external offers.
- Serve as a point of contact to managers, business leaders, and HRBPs on compensation matters.
- Partner with various others in the management of the year-end compensation process, enhancements to Workday and PayFactors, and ad hoc analysis.
- Help to maintain compensation structures and job code data.
- Ensure compensation data in HRIS is accurate and adequate to meet business needs by conducting proactive audits.
- Support the Director, Global Compensation and Mobility by pulling reports and analyzing data for cost impact models, merit budgets, group analysis.
- Identify, analyze and address service issues and process improvement opportunities; recommend and implement short- and long-term corrections to remediate them.
- Provide innovative and viable suggestions for strengthening processes and improving customer service.
- Coordinate training for HR and managers as needed.
Qualifications :
- Four to five years of experience in compensation is required.
- Strong collaborative working style, analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organization skills.
- Focus on continuous improvement and efficiency beyond own scope of responsibility.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented attitude and ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and a strong aptitude for quickly learning various technology platforms.
- Surveys, market benchmarking is another big thing, doing analysis, running reports.
Ideal :
Someone to start now and get the Client of the land - someone who can take over the survey submission is the big project starting in April.
Experience :
4+ years specifically within broad based compensation preferably global but not necessarily, it just gives more understanding across the globe.
Must Have :
- Advanced excel skills, have to understand how to participate in surveys.
- Experience working with HR business partners, understands comp structures.
- Corporate, similar sized company, has multiple compensation structures, bonuses, someone who has led or at least been a part of annual comp planning, preferably Workday experience.
- Survey or compensation tools experience.
