The Medical Interpreter I is responsible for assessing the needs of patients and providing assistance by interpretation of consent forms, diagnoses, discharge plans, and any other type of patient-related information.

Responsibilities include guiding patients to appointments at Dana-Farber, providing interpretation during medical encounters, collaborating with providers and staff across the Institute to ensure the patient's continuum of care, and connecting patients to appropriate resources.
