Our client in Titusville, NJ, an immediate need for a Senior Project / Program Manager to join their team.
Please note that this is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity with our client and NOT with Core BTS.
About the Role : Our client, within the pharmaceutical s industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project / Program Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP S / 4 implementation, and experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
This resource will be joining the project management team to support the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the business requirements of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Management :
- Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, including project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- NetSuite Implementation :
- Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite ERP to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Oversee data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition to NetSuite.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in NetSuite implementation.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Act as a point of contact for all project-related communications, including status updates, issue resolution, and change management.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are fully equipped to utilize NetSuite effectively.
- Run change control process
- Assist with project governance
- Risk Management :
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Manage change requests and their impact on project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Post-Implementation Support :
- Oversee the transition from implementation to support, ensuring a smooth handover to the operational teams.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any post-implementation issues that arise.
- Support continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives to enhance NetSuite functionality and user experience.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) processes
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage programs and projects related to SAP S / 4 implementation
- Work with multiple large System Integrators to ensure successful implementation
- Handle architecture meetings and ensure SLA's are maintained cross functionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Identify and mitigate project risks and put in place KPI's for project success
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work with multiple large System Integrators
- SAP S / 4 implementation experience
- Handle architecture meetings
- Make sure SLA's are maintained cross functionally
- Must have Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
