We are seeking an IT Director with effective experience supporting day-to-day Business IT Operations with a focus on Healthcare Radiology Operations to work from our Hollywood, FL office.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset while being hands-on in managing and optimizing IT systems. The IT Director will report to the CIO and be primarily responsible for day-to-day management and successful operations, security, and compliance of all Northern Light Medical Management, LLC IT projects and assets.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic IT Leadership :
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies that support both business and healthcare radiology operations.
- Align IT initiatives with organizational goals to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Radiology Systems Oversight :
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of radiology software and hardware systems.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of radiology data and systems.
- Collaborate with imaging informatics staff to optimize system security, performance, and usability.
- Microsoft 365 Administration and Management :
- Oversee and participate in hands on administration of Microsoft 365 endpoint deployment and security tools to ensure secure and timely end point deployments.
- Implement best practices for user management, security, and compliance within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Provide training and support to staff on Microsoft 365 applications to promote effective collaboration and productivity.
- Day-to-Day IT Support :
- Lead the IT support team in providing daily technical support for business operations, including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Develop and maintain IT support processes and documentation to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.
- Team Leadership and Development :
- Build and lead a skilled IT team dedicated to business operations and radiology systems support.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and innovation within the IT department.
- Collaboration and Communication :
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, clinical staff, and administrative departments to understand technology needs and priorities.
- Ensure effective communication of IT projects, updates, and system changes to the CIO and other key stakeholders.
- Project Management :
- Plan and manage IT projects related to business operations and radiology systems, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance and Security :
- Ensure that all IT systems comply with industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Implement and maintain data governance and security protocols for all IT systems.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
- Establish and track key performance metrics for IT services.
- Prepare regular reports on IT performance, system usage, and areas for improvement for senior leadership.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology is preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Extensive experience in IT management (8-10 years preferred).
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and management.
- Strong experience in providing day-to-day IT support for business and healthcare radiology operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
