We’re looking for a mechanical Welder to work for our client who has been in business for 34 years plus and a leading Provider of steam and boiler services, located in Delanco, NJ.
Earn $25 to $29 an hour depending on experience , plus overtime . These are full-time positions with opportunity for growth!

About the Role : As a mechanical welder, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures and components.
Your primary responsibility will be to join different metal pieces through welding, ensuring the quality and strength of the joints.
Pay Rate : Earn $25 to $29 hourly depending on experience plus overtime
Available Shift Times :
First Shift : Monday Friday, 7am 4pm
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform welding of metal parts according to technical drawings, specifications, and established procedures.
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG / MAG, TIG, shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), oxyacetylene cutting, among others, safely and efficiently.
- Prepare the work area, including cleaning, aligning, and properly positioning the parts to be welded.
- Interpret technical drawings, designs, and other documentation to understand the welding requirements.
- Conduct visual inspections on finished welds to verify if they meet quality standards and specified tolerances.
- Identify and correct defects in welds, if they occur, using appropriate rework techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, equipment settings, and inspection results.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and other professionals involved in the manufacturing process, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.
- Adopt safe work practices and follow established safety regulations, ensuring personal safety and the safety of others.
Key Requirements :

- experience in pipefitting and fabric threading are a Must
