Service Manager (HVAC- Carrier or Thermo King)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager to oversee our HVAC department and ensure the effective and efficient management of all service operations.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our clients while meeting business objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HVAC service team, providing guidance and support to staff as required
• Ensure all service work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standard
• Develop and implement systems and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity of service operations
• Monitor and analyze service performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective action
• Coordinate with other departments on service-related matters, including scheduling, parts procurement, and customer service
• Maintain detailed records of service work, including documentation of work performed, parts used, and service times
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a service management role
• Thermo King or Carrier experience is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC, Reefer, Refrigeration, and / or Carrier is preferred
• EPA 608 and EPA 609 certifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
