Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning and Execution : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Facilitate communication and alignment across teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support project objectives and meet key milestones.

Identify and address resource constraints or bottlenecks proactively.

  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and project teams.

Prepare and deliver regular status reports and presentations as needed.

Quality Assurance : Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

Conduct regular reviews and inspections to validate adherence to quality metrics.

  • Change Management : Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources effectively. Assess impact, communicate changes to stakeholders, and update project plans accordingly.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and best practices adoption.

Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance project delivery and team performance.

  • Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to project teams. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Compliance and Governance : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain documentation and records in accordance with organizational guidelines.

Qualifications :

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in a silicon program management role at a semiconductor company
  • Well-organized, technically oriented, and a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a cross-functional team of ASIC design engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and drive the cross-functional execution of various engineering functions to enable best in class customer solutions.
  • Engage with technical leadership team (Core team) to understand and document program scope, establish integrated schedules, assess, and manage program progress and risk, and create resource and budget plans.
  • Drive product solution deliverables and alignment with customer requirements to ensure highest level customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience in all stages of product development from inception, POR creation, execution and into HVM
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to successfully represent program status horizontally as well as vertically within the organization.
  • Proficient w / MS Office, MS SharePoint, MS Project & Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, etc).

Nice to Have :

Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
