We are seeking an Enterprise Growth & Business Development Lead to design and run our growth engine. This role combines outbound sales development with growth architecture. It requires building systems, campaigns, and workflows that generate high-quality leads and move them through the pipeline. You’ll prospect into new markets, craft outreach strategies, and partner closely with leadership to convert opportunities into long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do

Outbound Lead Generation

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline creation through outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists aligned to company strategy.
• Leverage best-in-class growth tools (AI-driven prospecting, sales engagement platforms, CRM automation) to run efficient campaigns.
• Monitor market data and trends to uncover new opportunities and refine targeting.
• Design and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (email, social, content).
• Manage digital campaigns including email, social media, and ads to drive inbound interest.
