StevenDouglas has exclusively partnered with a high-growth, publicly traded organization that is actively seeking a Payroll Analyst for their growing firm! Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Analyst will play a key role in helping the Payroll Manager find the root-cause of errors that come up in the payroll process, and help implement solutions to fix these errors.
He / She will also help in processing payroll for over 1,000 employees both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities Include :
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including data input, calculation, and distribution of paychecks.
- Verify the accuracy of payroll transactions and deductions for various states.
- Ensure payroll timelines are met and coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary data.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, deductions, and tax matters. Provide guidance and support during payroll audits and investigations.
- Process and reconcile stock option exercises, RSU releases and settlements
- Assist in setting up and processing international payroll
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Payroll experience supporting a multistate employee base of 1,000+ individuals
- Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, large volume environment
