Salesforce Inc. seeks MTS Software Engineer in Seattle, WA :

Job Duties :

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver high-quality features on the Salesforce product.
• The phases of development of a feature are tracked using agile methodology, and the MTS Engineer is responsible for defining time requirements and work as agile tasks.
• Master the development process, culture, and codebase to deliver timely quality features and improve existing ones.
• Research latest technology updates to learn and understand them for quick adoption and implementations.
• Support the team by fixing bugs, violations, and vulnerabilities within the codebase.
• Develop new and existing test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit / functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics.
• Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to address complex problems in real-time and keep services operational and highly available.

Minimum Requirements :

Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering / program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering / program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements :

• Java
• Python
• HTML
• Spring Boot

Salary : $168,709.00 - $172,536.00 per annum.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,709 to $172,536. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
