Job Summary
Onsite Janitorial / Maintenance Technician... Full time, Mon-Sat
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Pressure washing
- General maintenance duty
- Clean pool deck and spa
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, pool area, clubhouse and garage.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machines and floor care tools
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications and Skills
- Able to report to work on time
- Able to stand and stay alert for long periods of time
- Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Time Management
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work alone as well as on a team
- Communicate effectively
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations
- Able lift 50 lbs.
- Able to work outdoors with no physical restrictions
- Valid Drivers License
