What We’re Looking For :
We are looking for a dedicated Warranty Administrator to help grow our booming service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences.
The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
Job Duties :
Assist in the opening and closing of all work orders.
Perform this function with accuracy and make recommendations and changes as necessary and / or as directed by the department manager.
- Process and file all open OEM warranty claims
- Maintain current warranty A / R status including correction and resubmittal and claim reconciliation
- Ensure warranty claims are appealed with OEM guidelines
- Ensure warranty parts are returned within OEM guidelines
- Responsible for department paperwork filing
- Print / post departmental benchmarks
- Maintain administrative benchmarks, i.e.
invoicing throughput
- Maintain / monitor Procare database
- Coordinate all future centralized warranty administration
- Prepare schedules for payroll and recordkeeping purposes, i.e.
vacation time, sick time, overtime equalization, etc.
- Perform administrative functions that help any and all departments maintain proper customer satisfaction.
- Help answer telephones and perform administrative duties on an as needed basis.
