Job Title : Community Educator
Location : Dallas, TX
Home Helpers Home Care of Dallas, a trusted leader in providing compassionate in-home care services, is looking to expand its care management team.
We are hiring a Social Worker / Community Educator to serve the Dallas community.

Key Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and families to create referral opportunities.
- Identify and develop partnerships with local hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, doctor’s offices, and other health providers.
- Conduct informative and engaging presentations on in-home care services, dementia care, and Parkinson’s disease care to families and professionals.
- Perform client assessments, create care plans, and coordinate with office staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Attend community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Home Helpers Home Care services.
- Maintain a CRM system to track and follow up on leads.
- Achieve consistent outreach and deliver messaging as per marketing strategies.
- Participate in on-call management and coordination with internal teams.
Qualifications :
- LMSW or LBSW preferred; however, professionals with backgrounds in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, LPN, or RN will also be considered.
- Experience in the senior care industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional presentation skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Experience with PowerPoint and other presentation software.
- Passion for serving the elderly and improving their quality of life.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
