Established Mechanical Contractor in is looking for a Service Account Manager to join their growing team.

This Mechanical Account Manager position will be responsible to develop, estimate, sell HVAC Service Projects and Maintenence.
This is a role that heavily focuses on building relationships with a limited number of accounts to be determined by sales and operations leadership.
Requirements / Needs :
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Estimator / Sales Professional and combination thereof in HVAC or Plumbing related business
- Ability to read plans and specs.
- Ability to estimate mechanical projects with limited training
- Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Ability to work with multiple projects.
