We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in our Legal department, based in Voorhees, New Jersey.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing marketing communications and content, using Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign.
You will also be tasked with using CRM and CMS systems, and developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop creative marketing materials.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign to create impactful marketing content.
- Manage the organization's CRM system to track and analyze customer interactions.
- Utilize CMS to manage and update the organization's website content.
- Create and manage editorial content for various marketing channels.
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns to promote brand awareness.
- Write and publish engaging blog posts to attract and retain customers.
- Oversee the organization's budget processes to ensure marketing activities align with financial capabilities.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including setting objectives, developing strategies, and organizing the implementation.
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign
- Familiar with Content Management System (CMS) and CRM
- Ability to create, manage and edit Editorial Content
- Experience in creating and managing Advertisements
- Knowledge and experience in Blogging
- Ability to increase Brand Awareness
- Understanding and experience in Budget Processes
- Experience in Campaign Planning
- Legal industry experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
