Sarah Nelson Allstate Agency, located in Bedford, TX, has an immediate opening for a full-time Insurance Sales Team Member.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience and the ability to close deals.
We are looking for a competitive sales insurance agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio.
The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firm’s reputation.
Please note this is NOT a remote position. We are located in Bedford, TX and you will be required to come to commute to the office on work days.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Generate insurance quotes, and close sales.
- Ability to source existing and new customers for new business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License required. (we can show you how to obtain the necessary license, the process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks)
- Sales Experience required
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Able to influence others.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual
