Responsibilities : Assist the outside sales team in helping achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals established by the Regional Sales ManagerHelp to service an existing customer base with questions and concerns while continuing to expand current sales orders and requestsDrive sales of current products by creating and implementing marketing / business strategies while utilizing current market trends with both inside and outside sales teamsMake scheduled sales calls to determine active, inactive and prospective accounts during down timeDeveloping and maintaining positive relationships with all established accountsUse of CRM system and marketing platforms to track calls and activities performedQualifications : 3+ years of customer service experience required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goalsBA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not requiredExperience working in the industrial or manufacturing industry preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office productsHighly organized, with the ability to work independentlyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
