Kuhl Therapies is seeking a full time pediatric physical therapist to join our team. All therapists are trained in pro-neurodiverse affirming approaches.

Responsibilities :
- Performing evaluations independently and verifying the appropriateness of therapy. Collaborating or referring to other disciplines as necessary.
- Reviewing patient medical history / record and selecting, administering and interpreting standardized tests and measurements.
- Developing and implementing individualized client treatment. Establishing treatment goals.
- Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs and providing instruction and education to patients and families.
Monitoring treatment outcomes, modifying programs as needed and communicating recommendations to other providers.
Recording assessments, diagnoses and treatment inpatient medical records according to established documentation standards.
Preparing reports, correspondence, referrals and other materials for schools, providers, payors and others as needed.
- Developing clinical knowledge and skills through participation in professional development.
- Contributing to the teamwork and learning more about Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy in order to carry over those goals into the physical therapy sessions.
Requirements :
- A doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- 1-2 years minimum pediatric physical therapy experience required.
- Excellent Analytical and Communication skills.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the state.
