Payroll Accountant / Tax Specialist

Our client is seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant / Tax Specialist to provide temporary staffing support. This role is crucial in managing payroll accounting and tax-related tasks, focusing on reconciliation, tax compliance, and system cleanup. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle HCM and ADP SmartCompliance.

Responsibilities :

• Set up tax registrations and manage tax filings and amendments.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and handle tax reconciliations.
• Action and track tax notices.
• Conduct GL research and support payroll account reconciliation projects.
• Assist in quarterly tax report preparation and reconciliation.

Experience Requirements :

Rate : $47 - $57 / hr. w2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
