Job Description
Role : Scrum Master
Location : Erie PA
Long Term
Day one onsite
Must have PMP and PMI ACP certifications, and who managed data projects .
- Experience of managing and leading Data Projects is must.
- Experience as a Scrum Master / PM on Agile projects and familiarity with Agile (Scrum) Methodologies involving Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Authoring User Stories, maintaining Product / Sprint Backlogs, Backlog grooming and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Excellent risk management capabilities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups and IT Leadership Teams
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
- Maintains expertise in the principles and techniques required for the software development life cycle.
- Maintains knowledge of programming languages, IT databases, operating systems and platforms.
- Considers change management techniques and applies to project, including stakeholder impacts.
- Effective in building relationships with technical and business partners
- Self-motivated, self-directed and independent in a team environment
- Skilled in proactive and reactive responsiveness to identify and manage issues / concerns
- Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office skills
