Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the locker room facilities, replenishing supplies, providing personalized service to members, and ensuring the safety and security of members' belongings.
Specific Responsibilities : Keep the locker room facilities impeccably clean and organized, including restocking supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities to ensure members' needs are consistently met.
Provide attentive and courteous service to club members and guests, assisting with any requests or inquiries they may have and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Executing tasks delegated by the locker room manager. Work closely with departments to efficiently coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth operations, ultimately contributing to member satisfaction.
Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or club environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift heavy objects repeatedly during shift hours.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
