Job ID : 24-40245 Pay Range : $50 - $60 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location Key Responsibilities : Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production.
Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.
Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices. Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.
Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
Assist development of new products. Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals. Hands on work ethic. Initiative and ownership of responsibilities and actions.

Required Skills; ldquo;Manufacturing Engineer or Advanced Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer ) AND ldquo;Lean Manufacturing or Lean or Six Sigma ) AND (Aerospace or Aviation or Avionics.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
5+ years’ experience. Product or process engineering experience. Experience with Optics. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
Ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects. Ability to partner and collaborate well with team members across functions.
Quickly and accurately identifying subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues (process and data correlation of cause / effect across value stream Conveying information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse teams.
