Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers and visitors
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer needs in a timely manner
- Active support the Property Management team in fostering long lasting relationships with customers
- Provide support to ensure smooth operations of the Property Management Office
- Process all invoices in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly accruals and reclasses with Property Manager oversight
- Prepare monthly automated rent documents, and arrears updates
- Create and maintain customers billables spreadsheet
- Assist with setup / maintenance for new building accounts, organize, and order office supplies for the Property Management Office as necessary
- Assist with annual budgeting such as customer billable income / expenses, building office expenses
- Communicating building updates to customers
- Assist the Property Management team with projects & communications
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of professional experience, ideally administrative and / or customer service experience
- Experience out of real estate or hospitality ideal
- Any experience with account receivables, invoicing, accounts payable would be great but not required - they will train for this
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
