- Assist director with data entry and calendar management.
- Manage coffee orders, provide guests with water, and handle lunch orders.
- Support the Director and Department Director with various logistical and administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of administrative / data entry / internship experience
- Passionate about the arts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
