Job Description
Provide comprehensive metrology (CD, profile, and topography) support for the R&D of advanced magnetic recording head wafer level processes, utilizing measurement tools such as FIB, CDSEM and AFM.
Collaborate closely with other R&D engineers to develop new metrology solutions with advanced algorithms.
Support daily metrology measurement operations for all development projects.
Work in collaboration with a dedicated manufacturing metrology team to ensure seamless integration and support.
