Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and respond to incoming HR inquiries via electronic requests and callsSupport and educate employees in the use of HR applications and troubleshoot non-technical inquiriesMaintain records of customer contacts and perform basic data analysisRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree preferred0-2 years of human resources or customer service experienceExperience with human capital management systems or call tracking systems is a plus
