The Manufacturing Engineer II is responsible for the engineering / technical support for a medical instruments manufacturing area.

This includes all aspects of the manufacturing of products (equipment, process, documentation of process, etc.).

  • expertise in machining (Swiss lathes & vertical machining centers)
  • Use of SolidWorks to craft and build fixturing to aid assembly of devices.
  • Technical writing to document work instructions.

What will you be doing?

  • Production Support for all production.
  • Solving, process improvements, documentation, and training of operators
  • Support all quality activities (CAPA & NCR investigations, root cause investigations, etc.)
  • Project work to include working with outside vendors on automation, process improvement projects, OPEX related activities, etc.
  • Support projects and activities per strategic direction.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and at least 2 years of experience
  • Technical Writing, Solid Works, Fixturing experience.
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs.
