Who You Are :

We are looking for an Investor Relations candidate to help communicate Galaxy’s business and financial performance and strategic vision to the institutional investment community.

This role is ideal for an individual who is excited and energized by prospecting and developing relationships with investors who want to talk about crypto, markets, and GLXY.

What You’ll Do :

• Effectively articulate Galaxy’s business and financial performance and Company strategy to the institutional investment community
• Develop and execute a global investor outreach strategy
• Work closely with the Head of Investor Relations on developing, maintaining, and enhancing Galaxy’s relationship with the institutional investment community
• Support preparation of internal and external materials, including quarterly earnings disclosures, investor presentations, management briefings, financial filings, and other relevant public company documents
• Develop strong company and sector expertise to understand strategic, operational, and financial developments at Galaxy and the digital assets industry
• Develop strong internal relationships with Finance, Communications, Marketing, Legal, and Galaxy’s various business units

What We’re Looking For :

• 4+ years of experience in sell-side research, public company investor relations, sales, FP&A, or investment banking
• Clear understanding of financial modeling commonly utilized by financial and investment professionals
• Demonstrated ability to develop and build relationships with investment professionals
• Ability to engage with and influence executive-level professionals
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to the highest degree of professional standards

Bonus Points :

Digital assets, financial services, or financial technology experience would be preferred

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise, and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise.

At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range :

$125,000 - $175,000 USD
