Network / System Engineer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network / System Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Atlanta, GA, Chandler, AZ and Richmond, VA.

This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities :

• Support the Contact Center platform for all its projects, NPT and NPE lab.
• Provide support from the time a machine comes out of the box to setting it up on a network, installing the core build, Microsoft and other security patch updates, and the Platform stack.

During the Release cycles, work tickets to update several hundred machines to support the updates and new builds that are required in Production.

• In charge of managing our Master Inventory sheet, which is a record of all the physical devices in the labs.
• Keep machines online, receive any new inventory, and troubleshoot devices which we were not able to remotely access.
• Work on the many ticket requests for both physical machines and HVD's that come daily / weekly.
• Help manage that migration, which is an effort that consists of 800 desktops / laptops, monitors, keyboards, etc., moving to another building.

Pay Range : $63.68 - $71.68
