Qualifications :
- Experience with commercial maintenance and repair of buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, alarm systems, appliances, commercial stoves, refrigerators, air-conditioning, and heating units
- At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a Long Term Setting
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversight of maintenance operations
- Coordination of departmental activities and personnel
- Routine equipment and facility inspections for safety and functionality
- Management of maintenance staff schedules and duties
- Maintenance of repair, warranty, and inspection records
- Adherence to legal regulations
- Supervision of necessary repairs and enhancements
- Ability to address emergency situations promptly
