Summary :
Seeking a dynamic Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant committed to manual, one-on-one physical therapy to become part of our team! Private practice environment located in the Rutland community of VT.
Work along side an outstanding group of therapists with advanced certifications and qualifications. Vermont license or eligible to get licensed.
Must possess strong interpersonal and orthopedic clinical skills.
Responsibilities :
- Administers therapy services based on physician’s orders and accepted professional standards.
- Registered therapists collaborate to formulate a comprehensive therapy plan, considering the medical diagnosis, necessary skilled interventions, planned frequency and duration, and measurable short and long-term goals aligned with the discharge plan.
- Therapists from all disciplines execute skilled treatments as outlined in the established care plan.
- Records observations, patient responses to interventions, progress, and notable changes in the patient’s condition within specified timeframes.
- Ensures timely completion of all required documentation, adhering to state and federal regulations and organizational policies / guidelines.
- Submits billing for provided skilled services on the same day, following state and federal regulations and organizational policies / guidelines.
Requirements :
- Licensed in the state of Vermont
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
